Title Agent
Our on site State Licensed Title Agent, Rita (Vonnie) Jacobs, has over twenty eight years of experience, nine of which have been in the Tallahassee market. She has taught the HUD-1 seminar at Florida State University’s School of Business and Real Estate and continues to teach the same class to new realtors at the Tallahassee Board of Realtors and for first-time homebuyers at various seminars. Vonnie’s knowledge and expertise, combined with a true concern for our customers, ensure a smooth and trouble free transaction for you and your clients.
