$100,000.01 - $1,000,000	$575 for the first $100,000, then $5.00 per $1,000 after
$1,000,000.01 - $5,000,000	$5,075 for the first $1,000,000, then $2.50 per $1,000 after
$5,000,000.01 - $10,000,000	$15,075 for the first $5,000,000, then $2.25 per $1,000 after
